Victor Webb
President

Victor Webb is a renowned pioneer in International Investor Relations. A journalist by training, he has worked for and contributed to several international newspapers.

Mr. Webb is a former executive for Dow Jones in the United Kingdom and Managing Director of Dow Jones International Marketing Services, and International Director of Dow Jones & Co., Inc.

Later named Vice President of the Dow Jones International Group, Mr. Webb was responsible for worldwide advertising and marketing activities for Dow Jones Publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Asian and European Editions of the Wall Street Journal.

After leaving Dow Jones, Mr. Webb was again successful in developing Marston Webb International into a premier IR agency. The agency enjoys an impressive list of clients consisting of mining, biotech, alternative energy, manufacturers and government agencies.

Marston Webb has represented numerous foreign government agencies such as Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Korea, South Africa, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and the London Stock Exchange. With such a strong association with foreign governments and expertise in financial exchanges, the agency has established itself as a leader in media and financial markets overseas as well as in the U.S.

In addition, the Agency has been associated with the gold market having represented a number of gold mining companies and associations including the World Gold Council, for whom the agency has provided media relations consultancy in the area of the public sector and institutional investment over the past ten years. As such, the Agency has maintained day-to-day contact with gold writers, business and financial journalists and editors focusing attention on individual mining sectors and the gold market as a whole.

Madlene Olson
Vice President and General Manager

Madlene Olson is a founding partner of Marston Webb International and supervises all business operations of the firm.

A specialist in international media research, planning and placement, Ms. Olson has an extensive working knowledge of US. and international marketing, specifically the media’s effect on executive audiences.

Ms. Olson is an acknowledged authority on international media and its impact upon business, financial, consumer and governmental audiences in major markets throughout the world. As one of few International Media Consultants in the U.S., Ms. Olson has prepared and implemented worldwide media campaigns for many U.S. agencies.

Prior to forming Marston Webb in 1981, Ms. Olson worked with Dow Jones & Co. where she coordinated the worldwide activities of advertising representatives located in 54 countries.

Ms. Olson is a frequent guest speaker and contributor to papers regarding domestic and international media. She is a member of U.S. and international media and advertising associations.

William R. Keegan, Jr.
International Media Consultant

Bill Keegan is a consultant to MWI specializing in international media relations. Over the past decade, Mr. Keegan has developed a vast database of domestic and international business news editors for print, Internet as well as electronic media. He has been successful in securing media coverage, across all business sectors, for the agency’s diverse domestic and international list of clients.

Bill Keegan is President and CEO of CAPITAL FORMATION MARKETING, Inc., the leader of an international consortium of Investor Relations and Public Relations professionals representing Governments, Ministries of Finance, Corporations and Associations. Both MWI and CFM collaborate on various accounts such as Bermuda's Ministry of Finance which MWI is the agency of record.

Bill Keegan has 30 years of experience in business management, national sales, marketing, brand development, publishing, investor relations and public speaking. Bill has held executive positions at The Financial Relations Board/BSMG Worldwide, Bloomingdale’s, Jonathan Logan, Salant, Oxford Industries and Jobson Publishing.

He is a consultant and former member of the board of trustees for the George H. Gallup International Institute and contributing publisher of Gallup Youthviews. Bill works directly with the Chairman, Mr. Gallup and co-authored the Gallup Youthviews national survey on Columbine High School. He has also studied in-depth the thirty-year library of Gallup Youthviews surveys. Mr. Gallup and Bill Keegan have visited the U.S. Department of Education on several occasions to promote social and educational programs. In addition, Bill Keegan has lectured to and surveyed thousands of high school students on drug, alcohol abuse, social issues and buying trends.


Martin Gitlin
Investor Relations Consultant

Martin Gitlin is a public relations and media executive with more than 30 years of diversified financial/investor, business-to-business and consumer product experience. He has been affiliated with a number of major public relations agencies, including appointment as Vice President and National Media Relations Executive at The Financial Relations Board and BSMG Worldwide. He was Senior Media Executive with Howard Rubenstein & Associates and Richard Weiner, Inc.

His experience includes developing successful media and financial/investor relations programs for a broad range of organizations, including technology, aerospace, energy, industrial and consumer product companies, real estate organizations, law firms, asset management firms, trade associations and financial institutions.

He created marketing support and new product media programs for Pulsar, the first solid state watch, for the fiber nickel-cadmium battery for aerospace, coordinated nationwide media programs for trade association, news bureau for an insurance sponsored senior citizen group, and grass roots and media support for a major public sector development as well as scores of effective media programs for companies and organizations across the country.

He has been a media consultant to a national restaurant chain, land use law firm, architectural and design firms, management consultants and technology service firm.

Paul C. Homsy
Consultant For Legal And International Finance

Mr. Homsy has 30 years of experience in the Middle East and practiced law in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 4 years as the managing partner of Sidley & Austin’s former office there.

Mr. Homsy has significant experience in the development, structuring and financing of several billion dollars of transactions in a wide range of conventional and Islamic financial products, including private equity funds, trade finance funds, real estate funds, factoring agreements, and many Shari’ah compliant structures.

Mr. Homsy has helped arrange financing for both direct investments and alternative investment vehicles from the Arabian Gulf.

Mr. Homsy has a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law. He speaks both Spanish and conversational Arabic. Mr. Homsy has served on the Board of Advisors of the Harvard University Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East, John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he participated in the Arab Israeli Peace Negotiations, and as Chairman of the Middle East Law Committee of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Homsy served six years on the Board of Directors of the Arab Bankers Association of North America and also served on its Executive Committee. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Mr. Homsy is recognized as a leading authority on the Middle East. He has appeared on National Public Radio’s Marketplace program, and Bloomberg Television and has been quoted in a number of leading publications including "The Banker" magazine and "The Journal of Commerce".

Mr. Homsy’s publications on the Middle East have appeared in "The International Lawyer", "The Northwestern Journal of International Law", and "The International Legal Encyclopedia" of The University of Virginia Law School. He has lectured widely on Middle East topics at such forums as Harvard University and The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
